The advanced measurement technology and low-impact high-speed rotary handling technology used on Allegro LC was developed by ESI to increase testing throughput speeds while minimizing any damage to the chips as a result of the testing process. Allegro LC also accommodates up to 25 test stations simultaneously performing multiple tests on chips. Allegro LC's ease of configuration, allows for fast change-over to various production-run testing setups.
